After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Hey folks
I got a call from TCS to interview for a new unit formed within org with the name of Business Transformation Group as per new org restructuring. Anyone from TCS who can help to understand more about this?
Does it cater to only niche technologies or how does this actually function?

Everything will work out. There’s a position out there that belongs to you and you to it. Focus, patience and taking a disciplined approach are more important now than ever. Also, pray for the position you want.
I was made redundant in December 2019 and started my dream job in May 2020. In that timeframe I did approximately 50 interviews which was incredibly emotionally and physically draining. Your dream job is just around the corner! Good luck x
I applied an entire year before getting one single offer. Don’t give up
I apply online. As other said, it’s an inefficient and slow method. If you can network or get referrals, def do that.
Hang in there! Right there with you. Made some final rounds but no offers yet in about 6 months. It’ll hapoen
What licenses do you hold? Message me and I will see what I can do.
Hang in there - don’t give up! I’m in your exact shoes. Got an offer but only to be lowballed and zero room for negotiation so now back to square one. Keep at it and sending positive vibes!!
How are you guys applying? Completing applications? Asking for referrals? I feel so stuck...have been submitting applications directly through comp websites and I don’t hear back. I’ve applied for so many roles...really exhausted. Not sure what I am doing wrong
Network, network, network. I look and applied for jobs for 3 months and all of my luck came through networking. Next thing you know I started interviewing at BofA for 9 different jobs and a week later I had completed most of the interviews and accepted one of the offers. If you have any questions PM me

I’ve had offers rescinded from COVID earlier in 2020. Just signed recently. I know the feeling. There is nothing really you can do except spam applying and using network. Good luck
I feel the same way. I’ve been applying externally and it’s been so difficult to get offers exiting from JPM. I think you have to articulate your responsibilities more broadly bc the roles here are very specific and narrow to the business line you are supporting.
Good for you! I don’t think your experience is the same for everyone else. There are so many factors that play into this. Some roles at JPM are bespoke and also Covid hasn’t made things easier.
I’ve noticed way fewer interviews trying to exit from jpmorgan than from consulting. Not sure why.
Whenever we get new hires that come from JPMorgan, they are hard to train. I'm not sure what systems or processes JP uses, but it is a culture shock for a lot of them. From the banks I've worked in (DB, ING, SocGen, Standard Chartered, Jefferies) We've let go of a lot of ppl that came from JP on average.
I’d be so blessed to get an offer from JP. Sitting there waiting for the next step.
So true - not as glorious and super hard to exit - the roles are very specific to JPM and can be a challenge when you are trying to leave.
I know of some people hiring . Keep applying . Stay positive . Grind it out . I know it is easier said than done and you must be frustrated but keep your head up . I recommend taking time to read , get a couple of certifications if you can .
What group in JPM are you in? When I was at JPM I thought it was really easy to get out - I regret the decision to leave JPM though now.
Why do you regret? And where did you go, if you don’t mind me asking?
MS is hiring in FRM if you’re interested mate 🥺
