Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

I joined KGS in feb 2022, we recently got a mail regarding timeline of appraisal and bonus payout from the partner. My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Can you pls help me to know what all things we need to do from our end for the appraisal cycle and bonus payout? Since I'm new to this company KPMG KPMG India

I would also be mindful of how the agency is doing as well. Has it been winning plenty of new business which is the cause of your heavy workload? Or is the other way around with accounts leaving for elsewhere? If it is the former, you have other piece of leverage in your favor when you make your case. As for the latter, you should probably wait a bit "until the storm passes". Management may perceive you as not being a team player and not looking out for what's best for the agency if you try to negotiate too soon. You'll have to make a judgement call on whether the wait is worth it if the agency is facing hard times. Otherwise, open up your options and look around.
Document everything, keep a running "portfolio". Seriously, showing you put forth the effort to showcase yourself goes a long way. I save every praise email from internal amd client teams, I keep notes on completed projects, campaigns, successes, etc. Give facts to support how you deserve an increase in compensation. Another of my favorite tricks-- ask HR for the job description above yours. How much of it can you say you are already doing now and how long have you been doing it?
Are you me?
What I've learned that has been interesting is to not only make a running list of everything you have done, but directly correlate it to how much revenue that has brought the company. Put tangible numbers in front of the work you do - was it a 500k account? A 5M account? It make a difference!
All good advice above, but I'll say that this isn't unusual. Know that higher up folks remember who weathered the storm and remained professional.
