After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Is the recruiter actually with the company or with a recruiting firm who the company is using for the role? Either way, recruiters can often be overloaded with tons of different roles, scheduling interviews, etc so I wouldn’t base your opinion off of 1 recruiters actions.
They positioned themselves as a longtime consultant with the company. So I'm wondering if this is normal for them.
Might sound basic but did you read any Glassdoor reviews to see how the culture is? I found when you read both positive and negative reviews a pattern emerges that can give you insight into the company
I think you are correct not to judge the company based on the recruiter. We have all worked with bad recruiters only to find out the company was solid. I would present your self with your best foot forward based on the information you do have. I would ask your questions you have in the interview. Hopefully, based on your conversation you will get a better understanding if this company will be a good fit. Good luck!
I would love to hear more about any upcoming projects or initiatives that (company) has in the pipeline. Could you provide some insights into what (c) is currently working towards?
Do you anticipate any changes in the economic climate that could potentially impact (c)'s success?
How does (c) actively support innovation and the generation of new ideas among its employees?
What was the last change implemented based on employee feedback? What impact did it have?
Judge it by all means. In my 18 years of experience if what they represented at the front end does not match their actions on the back end than something is off. Wishing you the best!
I wouldn’t bring it up. Just focus on what you can bring to the company and its clients.
Leave it alone unless they ask. It’s hard enough landing a good position, don’t sabotage your chances once you are in.
Update: Got the job last Wednesday. They they called me this Monday to tell me that they're going to send a written offer letter sometime next week after the holiday. Happy that I got the job but the pace that they're moving makes me want to consider other options. I'm still interviewing for other companies just in case.
