First American Financial Corporation I have attended two rounds of interview in First American Finan Company last week and have received an email that I have been selected in their interview process. The talent acquisition team did not send me an offer letter instead have sent me a BGC form which I submitted yesterday. I found it very strange as usually first offer letter is rolled out and then BGC check happens if the candidate accepts the offer. Today there was no communication. Can anyone tell me if they faced this situation?TIA

I'm serving notice period in TCS and my last day is in 2 weeks. I requested for pickup of laptop in the portal but I came to know that it will take time for pickup and I won't be available if they come late. So I decided to go to office and surrender the laptop as I'm in the location of office only. Is there a seperate request to be raised for surrender of laptop and how to cancel the existing request for pickup. Please guide.Tata Consultancy

Chief
9 companies in 11 yrs is very high man
I have 12 yoe, and currently in my 5th and still think it's high.
Many companies won't even consider your profile for the process.
They went through it means they were desperate but now they have got a suitable candidate and nonlonger interested in you. Unless that candidate backs out they won't come back to you
9 orgs in 11 Yrs.. It is a tough situation to be in as they need to be convinced that you won't leave the org after an year.
3 were contract based
2 wf reduction
So I'm assuming you spent 5 years with above orgs.
Rest of the 4 jobs you spent 6 years, approx. This is still a red flag even if we do +- on above numbers.
Man.... unfortunately, your resume is a red flag to all big companies atleast. You can try start ups but I highly doubt big companies will consider your resume unless you have good convincing skills. I would suggest if you land an interview, try and be frank about your situation. Tell them you may think due to the gap, it may look like you have stability issues etc, and try to convince them why you won't leave this time and try to stay in that organisation for atleast a few years else it will further worsen your situation. Good luck in your search.
Very interesting profile I came across in this grp , do you mind sharing your ctc..thanks and all the best
