Just discovered a public slack channel (that very much should have been private) that a few women at my work have been using to bitch about the co-workers they don’t like. There’s a lot of very mean posts about several of the CDs, account people, producers etc. There’s quite a few hateful posts about me and my partner too 🙈 should I tell them?

Do you think it is time to find another job when your PIC is a micro manager, never trained you when you got hired, expects you to know things no one ever told you about in the first place, texts and calls you in the morning with questions you don’t have an answer to (I work evening shift so I’m mostly sleep when he reaches out), assumes the worst about everything, plots against you anyway, lies all the time, they don’t even do their job, they leave their trash behind etc. gives me anxiety.

Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity). Last year the staff polarized with the lead bully whom I helped leave. And the lead gossip (who was my secretary) that gained their sympathy and turned them against me. She also left. In process of buying a house, both my surveyor and specialist damp contractor found damp under kitchen tiles (In the grout) & in skirting boards and up one wall. Sellers had work done initially in 2014 on the wall only(with garuntee) & their company has visited and assured there is no damp… what is next best course of action, get another damp specialist to examine independently of other reports? I don’t trust them….. (U.K. Victorian terrace, damp is in the kitchen extension built circa. 15 y/o)
