Finished amazon loop interview and got an email saying the recruiter would like to discuss the outcome by scheduling a 15 minutes call and the latest date available for the call is after 5 days. The job status in the portal changed from under consideration to no longer under consideration. Does this mean it is a bad news? Anyone experienced this?

So I get interviewed and they keep me in a queue for a month. Then call me to tell me that I was selected. Then I ask for the job offer letter and they said that it is given in the first day of the onboarding...and now they scheduled another interview with 2 other managers for next week do that I can "meet the team better"..I'm so confused (sorry English is not my first language)

I’m so burned out and not sure what to do. 29 in Texas. I am currently a Deli Manager. My experience is in banking, real estate, shipping and receiving, caregiving and the obvious retail.
