First round of audit associate phone interviews coming up with KPMG & PwC. Any tips, things to be aware of or particular questions to ask going in? Any & all help much appreciated!!

Creatives who are in-house: did you have to interview with any marketing people AKA the people who would be your clients if you were still at an agency?

I am an office coordinator at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and want to break into the field of research. MSK has research coordinator roles, however when I initially applied after graduating, I didn’t get any interviews. I have minimal experience with research from undergrad. I’m not sure if it is possible to switch roles within MSK. I also want to go back to school for an MPH. Anyone have any experience with this or any tips?

Have any one faced rejection after being told that they are happy to extend the offer with expected CTC over call, and in next few days you receive rejection.
Why does company do this after wasting weeks for multiple rounds of interview and almost finalizing a candidate

1 year out of school w/ 6 months of experience doing contract work as an ERP consultant , currently working with a strategy firm (6 months ) ... liked the technical stuff way more . I just left an interview where I was told I wasn’t the right for for the position…
BUT they still want to work with me.
They asked me to create my dream job at the company and pay associated to that.

What does it mean when you apply to a bunch of jobs for which I am a good fit and you hear nothing back for these jobs? For some applications, I'm approaching two weeks since submission. I did get a call back to the first position I applied to; however, after the lab manager saw how much experience I had he said to release me, far too overqualified, tell him he should be applying to Senior Research Associate positions. I have ten years lab experience.

Anyone with a Tesla in Austin, where did you guys go to register your car? The paper Tesla gave me says to go to the Department of Motor Vehicles but a review on their website says they had to go to a Tax Assessor office. In this terribly slow job market, would you accept an offer even if it is not a great offer (mediocre comp, benefits)? Then how bad is it to keep interviewing and accept another offer a few months into the job? I know it’s not an ideal thing to do and you will burn some bridges, but companies won’t hesitate to do the same to you, so you still gotta take care of yourself?
