Can anyone shed some light on quant funds please? https://groww.in/mutual-funds/escorts-tax-plan-direct-growth
I am seeing stellar returns and extremely low expense ratios but apparently since they're quantitatively managed algorithms, they don't account for things like corona for example.

It’s easy to do on your own if you really want to. You should look under the sink with a flashlight and find the leak. It could be a seal around the edge of the sink or around the drains or garbage disposal. If it is the faucet, go to Home Depot and find the one you want and then have the plumber install. $200 doesn’t sound terrible if you don’t want to spend a hour on your own doing it.

I agree with this. If the leak is under the sing vs a dripping faucet, look around and see where it’s leaking. It could be something else. If it’s the faucet you can replace that yourself pretty easily. At Home Depot, most replacements have cover plates to change from 3 hole to 1 hole setups but you probably don’t want to go the other way. So it you have a separate sprayer today but the new model has a built in sprayer, the new one usually includes a plate that covers the old hole. These sets are made for consumers to do themselves. If you don’t have any tools buy 2 channel lock wrenches while you are there. Buy a name brand. Delta or Moen or Koehler. Most have lifetime warranty. The mixing valve in my faucet went bad and Moen just mailed a new part. Did the plumber get more information than us? It’s least likely the faucet. Most likely the p trap. Especially if you have a wife that peels vegetables into the garbage disposal. It gets all clogged up and leaks out the seals. Next likely is the water supply lines. A leaky supply line usually leaks into the cabinet. Put something under it or you’ll get mold, nasty smell. Open cabinet doors run fan if it’s wet under there. Turn off supply of water if you can. If you identify the leaky part tighten it. If it needs replaced take all parts with you to rebuild at Home Depot. They’ll help you. It seems weird to walk in with your under sink plumbing, but that’s what you do or make many trips. Faucet the least likely causes is a $200 nice faucet replacement maybe 20 minutes of work. It’s all very DIY. Feel free to take a picture of the leaky area and post here. Do not let that go water leaks get expensive if not resolved.
