Hi All, I am 11 yoe, working at a medium sized product company and I got an offer from Thoughtworks (50% hike) for a Lead Consultant role in data engineer profile.

Being a mother, I have anxiety and nervousness about joining a service based company bcoz of doubts below.
1. Job security, considering the upcoming recession is it safe to join TW at this time?
2. How good is WLB at TW for a Lead Consultant? Approx working hours on a daily basis?
3. How flexible is TW for WFH?

I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..

i am working as a production accounting associate at my company. i went from working on the production floor for $20/hr to this position in September & was told I would still be making hourly until my YER & then i would get the raise that comes w the promotion. For context I’m in consulting and our current projects are wrapping up by year end/we don’t get a busy season surge. I have two weeks of PTO to end the calendar year scheduled, and am afraid if I say anything before the break they’ll cut me off before my time off. Is giving notice first thing next year the best idea given my constraints?
