For those of you who have travel clients, how do you keep a routine or healthy schedule when on the road?

I had a pause in work travel after the holidays and was finally maintaining good habits - then it went out the window on the road with fancy dinners, expense budgets, late client office days...

Got my dream job entry level opportunity, 1 year out of undergrad. 70% pay bump, awesome company, extremely interesting subject matter, the hard work paid off. Im without a doubt accepting, but I am now feeling some tangible / physical anxiety over the likely significant shift in my WLB (and life), putting my two weeks in, working at a company nobody I know has worked at, etc. I start in a month. Anyone felt like this before, or have any advice for how I can adjust my mindset?

A question from a youngster. Is working at a big big company with slightly low pay better or working at a much smaller company with higher pay better?

In the future, after a few years, let’s say I’m at a small company and want to switch to big big company, will the “small names” hurt my chance to get into the big doors?

I mean big big company is like 10x bigger than the small one if this was a factor. Assume everything else the same, WLB, commute, teams, etc.

I have 2 offers in hand - Global Logic - 23 LPA fixed , Tech Mahindra - 26.5 (including variable).
Which one is good for job security , work life balance and hike and all.

He’s worked his way up and has the skills and authority to work 6:30am-10am and gets to work remotely. We discussed that results/outputs is better than billable time like in law and public accounting. I'm reading this book on boundaries. In the work section it says I should tell my boss that I can't work after 5 PM. Knowing that advertising work commonly goes past 5 PM...would my job be in danger if I said that?
There's not really a rule book that says I must work until the work is done even though it's an unsaid expectation. Thoughts?

I'm a PA in the PNW working for a private group staffing ED's in several hospitals. Recently the group has asked the PA's to take on a couple new roles (triaging and rapid track from triage i.e. straightforward ESI 4, 5). With these changes the PA's are considering asking for increased pay in the form of an addition of a COLA (cost of living adjustment) to our normal salary. Was wondering if any other PA's in the ED have these in their contracts and at what rate.

The community is super toxic and I'm looking for a place I can casually ask questions that might seem dumb without being hrangued for not providing an essay proof of the research I've already done.
