Hi I work at Accenture Strategy & Consulting in Management Consulting - Capital Market Practice. I have 5.5 years of experience in Capital Market Consulting. How does this Amazon offer look for an L5 non-tech PM role in Seattle? I’m coming in with 2 YOE as a startup PM. No MBA.

I think something is wrong with the way I wrote my resume. Get dinged without an interview for a few roles (S&O, biz ops, nothing crazy) but when I send my resume directly to hiring managers I now have two final rounds scheduled? HYP undergrad, H/S MBA, McK Sr EM, previous tech experience 😑

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
