Any recommendations on JV funds, hard money, private equity etc to fund MFC deals and great residential deals brrr/flip. Finding some great deals in my local market. Any tips on raising capital or attracting investors?

Sharks! I’m 33, currently working as a Java Architect (11.6 YOE, 40 LPA INR). I’m planning for retirement at my 40. Currently owning a house worth 1 Crore INR where I’ll be closing my home loan by this August. Please suggest diversified options of Investment for my retirement. How do you manage your money?

I only bring in a little over $2,600 a month. After paying all my expenses, I get to put away $500 a month in savings but don’t have much wiggle room for anything else, including going out money.

I’m very privileged to have a significant inheritance and zero debt of any kind. I really wonder how my peers who have student loans, car payments, and even children manage to pay their bills and live so comfortably. Please share if this is you!

I just received an offer to lateral into banking. How does independence affect the stocks I currently own? If I join and my stocks are on a restricted list will I have to sell them? Or will I be limited to being unable to buy more/sell any during the course of my employment.

Lateraled into banking and I'm getting killed. My aso will mention to do stuff as he's walking out, says do this this and this and by the time I process what he said he's out the door then I miss something he's like I told you to do it. If I ask questions to clarify he gets annoyed, he says read what I wrote again, how is what I said confusing, etc. Dude I just want to be fed info my first few months until I reach a critical mass level of info to run shit on my own to some degree's
