JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

I think it’s weird 🤷♀️
Always take notes during interviews
Are some of these “take notes at interviews” comments sarcasm? because I think taking notes at interviews is the lamest shit ever. I don’t want to work with someone who takes notes at interviews...
I always take notes during interviews
Depends - was he furiously scribbling? How many pages of notes? Or just jotting down 1-2 words to remember something later?
Lmao! Clearly I'm in the minority here about taking notes. Honestly I always assumed that everyone took notes until right now. Obviously I don't write down every single word, but I do like to jot down key points/relevant info or any questions that I have so I can ask them later.
It's always worked for me 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
I always take notes
Yes take notes. I write down names and any major things I think I will want to remember when considering the offer
I take a lot of notes

It is weird
Lol I don’t usually even bring portfolios to mine
When I was on campus interviewing for entry level I took notes and all that jazz.
But thats just me
Yeah what
Sounds like mixed reviews so far. Keep the responses coming!
No notes
I’ve never heard of anyone taking notes at an interview until now... sounds weird haha
Why would you write down their names? It’s called a business card
I guess that make sense. Taking notes of names and key facts. But I think with b4 firms the interview style is so much more conversational. Note taking may not really fit.
