Could anyone share insights on how to achieve salary growth from around currently 10 LPA to 20+ LPA in Cyber Security Operations with 4 years of experience?

13 yr outside Sales Experience in the B2B space, multiple roles/companies. Current quota is $15MCAD, I usually do not bad in quota but lately has shifted to rewarding medicorciy and "pooling" some numbers countrywide which i really dont like.
