Need some suggestions. I gave interview on Tuesday, will it be right to ask feedback tomorrow or should I wait till the end of week and then ask for feedback on Monday Morning. Today, I didn't got any response from them.

I have two years of experience.

Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site. So, if you work at TD, Scotia, RBC, could you let everybody know in the comments what’s the deal for each? Are you remote, on-site, hybrid of some sort?

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..

I am working on a project to built OKR and KPI software for performance prediction. The tool that helps companies track KPIs and predicts business performance using these KPIs. A week or so ago, someone shared a stacked bar chart of each MBB/Big 4 firm that highlighted the percentage of consultants that say they work 40, 50, 60 hours etc a week at each firm. I have searched endlessly to find that chart but haven’t had any luck. Not even on google. Does anyone know the chart I’m referring to?

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. I’m very interested in the opportunity but also don’t want to make a poor financial decision early in my career. Thank you for your time!
