Getting really bored at Accenture in my current project. Have recruiters reaching out from Big 4 and boutiques where the comp is significantly higher. But have a pretty great WLB at current client and as needed travel, I’m debating whether it’s worth it to make a jump. Current TC 200, quoted 320 TC at Kearney, 250 TC at Alix and 240 TC at pwc. anyone have regrets taking more money?

I'd like to get into Big 4 consulting ideally when full-time. I'm an engineering student - I'm not going to be interested in IT audit. Summer 2023 will be the summer after sophomore year, so I'll be declining the full-time return offer and I'll be looking for a different internship after junior year.
