Vit D always helped me during the winter months
Vitamin D is super important, if you live in northern states and you don’t take supplements you are probably deficient.
It’s normal and happens to a lot of people. I like the close my curtains once it starts to get dark and turn on the lights and lamps so I don’t sleep by 6:30pm. My electricity bill wild tho 😞
Think about what you can't do right now because of the shorter days, then figure out new things to do instead with the time.

Vitamin D - get enough but not too much. I’d suggest examine.com to nail down your dosing. Exercise regularly, eat cleanish, take a walk outside for 10 minutes in the middle of your work day. I hate the lack of sunlight too 😩
Gym membership with classes, yoga, community things. I’m losing my mind because I’m currently on a remote project and go to orange theory in the morning and yoga in the evening. More for socializing at this point
I take a walk around the complex during my lunch break. This part of the country it’s cold but it’s sunny and peaceful, gets my dose for the day
