16 weeks parental leave, 401k is tiered vesting 20/40/60/100 (fully vested in 4 years), 401k match happens once a year after fiscal close, we have pension that vests after 3 years of service, $250 allocation for work phone, health insurance is through a few different options: BCBS and Anthem mostly. HDHP through BCBS costs me $9 a check. Random benefits are corporate codes for leisure travel, $500 wellness subsidy (you spend $1000, D gives you $500 back) each FY, free days at museums, etc.
How do you use the corporate codes for leisure travel? Does that get you the Deloitte rates?
25% match of 6% contribution to 401k. Vests in 3 years. Pension plan that they automatically deposit 3-5 % of your salary that also vests in 3 years. Parental leave is 16 weeks full paid for both men and women. Purchase of a phone needs to be done through a Deloitte portal and you’re given $250 to spend on either the phone or accessories ( most people opt for a free phone and buy head phones). The phone plan is charged to your corporate card and you put in a WBS code for reimbursement ( as long as it’s just a work phone - there’s other rules if you use the phone for personal and business). Health insurance is ok - expect 50-75 per bi weekly check as a premium. Well-being subsidy that matches 50% of your spend - can be used for gaming systems, gym equipment, etc at $500.
Actually that not what they're saying at all. I just reviewed the APR (.020E) and all data can be expenses as long as the phone is firm owned and managed. Where it gets tricky is for voice; only business related voice can be expensed and a reasonable estimate of apportionment can be used to determine your personal use. Fortunately I don't talk to anyone personally so I'm in the clear!
Also. 6 weeks of PTO at the manager level.
401k match is paid out annually at FY end (June). So you have to be employed at that point to get the Match for the year. There is also a pension plan and you are fully vested in that after 3 years. Parental leave is actually “family leave” and anyone can take 16 weeks for any familial care reason (care for elderly relatives, fostering, adopting, paternity leave). If you give birth you get an additional 6-8 weeks of STD disability on top. This is all fully paid. You get a $250 phone subsidy for phone and accessories then plan paid for each month. There are multiple health insurance providers (I use United Healthcare). Out of pocket costs and coverages are the same so you can pick which one works with your physicians. If you have a high deductible plan Deloitte will contribute $500 a year to your HSA for individual and $1000 for family. There is also a $500 health and well-being subsidy that you can use annually.
Would you please do the reverse. I just accepted an offer with PwC.
It’s never too late to come to Deloitte :))
Our Anthem health plan insurance is great (reasonable cost and no pre approval needed for things like MRI). You also get 16 weeks to take care of an ill family member. Dental is also good, 3 cleanings a year and 2k towards invisilign. Really generous PTO plus many floating holidays plus firm is closed between Xmas and New Years (you still get paid).
What comp package did you secure? Is it in the Consulting practice?
That a good offer. I know someone in business tax making 115k as an m3 in LA.
Are you in audit ?
At pwc? Technically yes but I’m from tax LOS. I’m in tech now
What’s your salary offer? I’m currently on final interview for Manager at Deloitte.
My offer is in the mid 100s. I’m in tax
Anyone have details for the Deloitte HDHP?
