Hi,. 24F YOE = 2years10months Work = DevOps and cloud (AWS) . I have two offers, both from same work. SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. Can anyone suggest which one to decide? I have some idea on SAP labs but not sure about airbus when it comes to work life balance, career growth, team. thank you and much appreciated

Why would you even want to work for a place without paid maternity leave?
Negotiate full paid leave? do you have a backup plan if they don't meet your ask?
One of the key things while pregnant and post delivery is to work at a place where u get the max benefits. New jobs come with additional stress - building ur brand, your team etc. stay at Accenture - get the benefits, internal role etc. and jump ship later
Congrats! Not sure what your present situation is or your reasons for considering other offers. I do know that you'll need your leave (for many years to come after the baby arrives - ha!). You'll also need sleep and lots of flexibility. Vacation time is usually a simple thing to negotiate up at other companies since it doesn't directly impact your base pay and thus the benefits tied to base pay. Down the road, the option to work from home is a huge help when your children get sick or have school meetings. That said, changing jobs and being pregnant are two huge changes that bring lots of stress regardless of the perks. If you're questioning whether it's the right time for a job change, listen to your gut.
Is more pay your only goal? Tell ACN you got a better offer and see if they give you something
If you have an offer in hand I would bring up paid leave, if your willing to stay at current gig. They could put leave on the table if you don't want to mention pregnancy due to discrimination like the one listed above ask for leave for an event, negotiating for more vacation is pretty normal.
If you're willing to walk, I'd ask if they can do more to help you on leave. Some leave is paid for by short term disability at places, so they may not have flexibility.
Is it worth being up front and telling them I'm pregnant and want a better offer? If they balk, I'm willing to walk - ACN has solid maternity benefits.
They have paid leave, but since I'm not there for a full year, I'm not eligible for it (at least not all 16 weeks of it).
@EY1. I would tough it out with Accenture. Can't imagine interviewing with much success while visibly pregnant.
Why would they want to hire someone who will be leaving in 7 months? It would be a really bad investment
