Got an offer from SAP practice of Deloitte. I want to go into strategy consulting and am planning to start applying to T2 firms eventually after practicing some casing, but is it worth it to just accept the Deloitte position and switch to strategy internally?

One year of experience at PA, is it possible to switch to management consulting? Will I start from the entry level just like the new graduates?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)
