Got an offer from the Siegfried Group with 30% increase in Salary + guaranteed bonus paid out monthly. While everyone I talked to who works there seems genuinely happy & really cared about me, it seems like they somehow get so much hate online. My friends also kept saying it’s a no name company (is it??) and telling me to jump to a reputable tech/financial service company for an FP&A role instead. I’m 3YOE and think I’ll probably take a pay cut jumping to FP&A. Should I accept or decline?

I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. For reference, I just got promoted to manager and get lots of talks about “things I should do as I continue to progress through the firm”, but I wasn’t sure when or if this is communicated to people in more certain terms.
