Got fired today. All my above the line work got positive nods. My CD was overly picky about every word in my email blasts and collateral. I’m sure that’s what did it. Luckily I have a produced radio spot, another on the way, and tv spot being shot this month. Any advice?

Hi ! Looking for advice. I’ve been with a company in BC for 2.5 years, started support role, promoted to smb AE a year ago. salary is 65k with uncapped commission. We recently did layoffs, I was kept however there have been changes & meeting quota has become difficult & we have a way heavier workload. The perks are amazing but I need to make more money. I am not sure what to do. My company just had another round of massive layoffs. So far my job was spared. I do got a job offer from a different company but the salary is way lower than what I have now (20,000$ less).
