Because the role wasn’t posted online by the internal talent team until after I’d already interviewed with the recruiter. I don’t check job boards regularly as I’m in no rush to land a new role, so I just saw it yesterday when LI sent me an email with new job postings. I assume they posted it because they weren’t satisfied with what the recruiter sent them, so I wasn’t sure if I should even bother.

What is the salary offered by Infosys for Australia Onsite for Consultant Position. I am about to join Infosys on assurance of Onsite. YOE - 6 CTC Offered - 20. My current company is ready to retain for same CTC and few other offers in pipeline. I am looking to join Infosys only for onsite opportunity keeping in mind there won't be much significant increase in Indian Salary. Please share your thoughts.

Submitted my resignation this week .. leaving consulting after very fulfilling 4.5 years. Though a lot of us dislike the long hours and demanding deadlines, I have to say that I learnt things that I would have never learned in the industry. Very happy to go through consulting in my career and having made some soild lifelong connections. Exiting to corporate strategy role. Feeling left out of the great resignation. I’ve submitted applications around, but no call backs yet! I’m more of a “core consultant” and don’t have any specific tech skills or certs, so that could be a factor… but I’ve seen so many others who are regarded as mediocre core consultants leaving for pay. I started my first in-house role about 4 months ago and I don’t think it’s the right fit. I love the no billable hours aspect, but otherwise I miss the structure of being at a firm. How long do you think I should try to stick this out before I move on? I want to give the job a real shot - and i know the transition to in-house can be jarring…but I also don’t want to spend too much time in a job that is a wrong fit.

Need help in evaluating offer I just received from a late stage, NYC-based startup. Position is VP, Head of Information Security and is fully remote. They’re offering $290K base with $750k worth of equity to vest over 4 years ($187k annually). Never really looked at equity compensation in detail but they’re modeling their own valuation off a similar acquisition ($3.3B). Is this in line with NY market? What other questions should I ask when I speak to the recruiter next week regarding this
