Im SC3 at EY Advisory, MBA non IT. Got an offer from D for SC3 at S&O for 135K no sign in bonus in top tier city. The recruiter says experienced hires don't get sign in bonus. BS. accept the offer?

Got promoted from SC to M at boutique strategy consulting firm. Base salary $125K w/ 10% annual bonus if sales goal met. Is this fair?

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

Is this considered taboo and is there any way a potential employer could find out if you weren't truthful about your current salary/bonuses? Accepted offer to leave consulting (3 YoE, no previous lab experience) to join corp strategy team at biotech, any advice on what to do during the first couple of weeks?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary.
