Sweetgreen or Chopt?
Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Take the job and keep interviewing

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
Accept the offer you have and if a better opportunity presents itself a few months down the trail, more power to you.
Depending on how much less the offer is, I feel like taking a little time at another firm after being laid off switches the pendulum back in your favor to continue interviewing again once other/more firms start hiring again. You don’t know when the next offers going to come

The offer is not less than your last job, it's more than you are in unemployment. Anyways, there's nothing that says you have to stop interviewing after you accept an offer
Was in your position in Dec 2020. I took the 10% pay cut, but with a sign-on bonus and more generous annual bonus I actually came out ahead. It’s a short bump in a long road. You can always start interviewing in a few months when the market improves. Or you may like the people, the culture, the learning opportunities and stay on for a couple of years. Good luck!
In was laid off as well, I took the next job that made me an offer, I would have never worked for this company in any nother situation, but here we are. I am still interviewing at other firms and I am about to get two offers, both more than what I made at acn. Keep interviewing.
This happened to me and I was able to leverage the job for another one that was approx 30K more about 6-7 months later. Don’t be a fool and take the job. You can always keep interviewing.
Leverage is the word that they have! Try getting an offer at another firm and you will see they will compensate you on what you are asking for!
How much less

Same boat. Went from T2 to a start up. Was expecting IPO this year but that didn’t happen. Cash and cash bonus is much lower but hopefully paper stocks have some worth if they IPO or get purchased. I’m also going to keep interviewing in the next year after Q1 so let’s see.
