I’ve been with my employer for 3 years and I’ve been promoted three times and I’ve never had a review. I’ve been in my position now as a Regional Manager for just over a a year. I’ve asked for a review and I’m yet to get a review. I currently make 52,000 a year. I feel like I should be getting paid more and I’m now wondering how go about asking for a raise?

My biggest mistake was accepting a promotion to manager, it made me realize that I'm not very good at managing people. Should I ask if I can go back to my old role?

I recently asked for a raise as looking up medical assistant and years of experience in my area and found that I am not at market value for my position and 12 years of experience. I have not asked for one before or ever had any HR issues, write ups, warnings, etc. HR came back stating no to a increase as I am at 108% already per their market value. Question on on labor laws in the US:

Received an offer from Amazon but I'm concerned about negotiating hard and ending up with an offer that's on the higher end of the pay band when compared to the rest of the (future) team. My concern is during an economic downturn, it would be easier to let me go if the team needs to be downsized. This would be because I would have the least experience on the team & more expensive to retain from a cost perspective.
