I’ve been approved for H1-B which started on 10/01 this year. I’m changing jobs but my current job is filing an amendment. Can an amendment and transfer be done simultaneously? Has anyone had a similar experience with this?

Context: Current firm is Deloitte Advisory and I’m moving to Deloitte Consulting.
