It's been over 5 weeks since my final interview with Deloitte for M role. I've had a few email exchanges with the recruiter with a standard response that 'partners are reviewing their resource requirements and we will update you ASAP'. The recruiter always adds it was a positive interview.
I don't understand why it is taking so long to arrive at a decision? Is it normal at Deloitte UK?

Seniors should be making at least 170k - counter ASAP.
That's a lot as a senior even seniors in NYC don't make that much
Lot for senior consultants. Usually make 120-130. Then again SAP is hot. Accenture made offer for $130 Consultant level Atlanta
Decent. I make more as a senior in Houston. But I know I have hot skills.
I was an SM before I made that - good work
That is a great offer.
Is this just base salary? If it is, it’s good for an SC in your area. Surprised Deloitte is being “generous”. Did they discuss annual raise % and bonuses? That may be where they will screw you over. Just make sure everything is on paper and signed
It's fine and 145K is pretty normal payband for SC in deloitte. All the best!
Damn that's very high!! I just accepted an SC job offer with 105k salary.. Any Deloitte 🐠 willing to refer me?
Speak for yourself H1. The Jones go just as hard in Houston.
Ey1 what are your hot skills?
I made 80k as an SC years ago so....
How many years of experience do you have?
Specialized IT systems.
Sure send your resume to fishbowlburner888@gmail.com
It’s pretty typical - 145 is on upper part of the pay band but def not close to maxing it out I would think
Houston is an incredibly inexpensive city. 145 in Houston is like 180 in SF/NYC. Just for context when seeing other #s.
