People who use different virtual backgrounds for the zoom camera , what’s the trick. Every time I try that, there’s too much blur and it’s distracting. I get a halo too.

Has anyone found a video call platform that shares videos nicely? We’ve used Zoom, teams, hangouts and video just looks like crap-and sending stuff ahead of time and having everyone view on their end is clunky and awkward. Hoping for a better solution

PSA: if you are interviewing for a specific practice or a specialized consultancy, please do your due diligence and have a good answer to “what is your understanding of our line of work” (doesn’t need to be ground breaking, but at least read the website and put it in your own words). It’s a really stupid way of scoring negative points in the interviewer feedback.
