Hi! I just accepted a Relationship Banker II role in Allen, TX. My offer letter was 50k base and 1k guaranteed commission a month first year. I just graduated w a degree in Business Administration. Basically the info I got on how commission works was pretty vague. Anyway I wanted to see what someone I’m their 1st or 2nd year can realistically expect to on average make in commission a year in this role. Also what do bonuses in the role look like? I’m hoping to just hear some ballpark numbers! JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase

Being grateful is the #1 indicator of happy and positive people. Congrats!
Congrats, hit >$200K base this year too and feel the same way. My parents made ~$50K combined for the majority of my life.
K2, since we work at KPMG our base is effectively our TC 🤷 but yes I will pass 200K for the first time in the same year. For me it took base, for OP could be total comp. Kind of irrelevant.
Congratulations, ex-Accenture here. Loved my time at ACN and ACN pays well.
Nice I didn’t know Accenture paid that well. I assume you’re a SC level?

@kpmg - do you ever have moments that you are not giving back enough to your parents?
My parents were state employees so they both "double dip". They're retired at full pension benefits at 50 (with 30 years of service) and then went back to work at the salary they retired at.
So they're doing much better financially now than when I was growing up. I try to give them experiences that they've never had (e.g., never had a proper vacation) but after 60+ years of living with basic necessities, they rarely take me up on it.
Congrats, OP!
Congrats!! And AFS pays that much for lv7?
