Go ahead and leave Delta, you will be back.........They always come back.
If you are spg/Marriott it will make sense to switch as well since they are dropping delta for crossover rewards
Check out travel services - there is a yammer page (no seriously hear me out) that can point you to the right place

I switched from #aassholes to DL a little over a year ago and haven't looked back, in spite of living in a #ihateaa hub city. I've heard that the new CEO of UA has made service improvements. Might be worth a try, but UA has a long way to dig out of their operational disasters and you can and have read about how much everyone hates to transit ORD.

I'm from Chicago (UA hub), and I switched from UA to Delta. Much better customer and operational service. Couldn't be happier with the move
Check the EY corporate match to keep diamond-equivalent before you switch without needing to re qualify
Call United or EY Travel for that?
I am moving to DC and will most likely make the same change. Eliminates connecting flights. Also United hubs are pretty good locations for personal travel. Chicago, Houston, lots Angela's, Denver. Beats going to Detroit, Minneapolis, but not Seattle
DL is good on the east coast. Everywhere else they have conx, which are painful. Their direct route coverage seems lesser. Prices are always high (I do care when it's x2), less intl. partners last time I checked
Love United! Best airline domestically
😂 Yammer - if EY has figured out how to use it, MSFT would love to know
