I had final techno manager round which was completed on 30 Mar, and after ugadi holiday, on 6th I have received the positive feedback and confirmation mail and asked to share the payslips and relevant documents. Still waiting for the offer letter. Called HR on 20th April for the updates, she told she is working on my offer and it will release soon. Any ideas on this fishes?Cerner Corporation

Utilization goal is 90% for C/SC, 80% for MC, and goes down the higher up the chain you go. Monthly bonuses for hitting stretch goals. (100% C/SC, 90% MC). Resets annually with the calendar year.
"Unlimited PTO" which basically means as long as you hit your utilization goal and the client is happy no one cares how much time you take off. In practice it works well for people who work well past the standard 8 hours, otherwise it's not that great.
13 firm holidays in the US, of which 2 are floating.
No firm-wide December holiday.
Don't know about family leave myself but I'm sure someone else can answer that.

GH utilization varies by segment. For SC in SLG my target is 90%. I believe ES&I SC is ~84%. Not sure of other segments. PTO and sick time are unlimited.
No official firm holiday but - at least in my segment - it’s usually just one person on call for the account and everyone else takes off (because unlimited vacation). We get Christmas Eve + Christmas and NYE + NY as holidays (and get weekdays if they fall on weekends), so you’re only taking a few billable days off.

For ESI, PS SCs are 90%, Commercial SCs are 84%.

AD Ute goal is 65% but no one cares if you come under as long as you sold projects and made the firm $$$. D Ute is 50% I believe

To be clear, this is all managed but not rigid. Each segment builds a budget and we work together to manage to it. Everyone contributes.
