I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

Bro no one can terminate you but if they are forcing you then you have two options first is you have to go to office or switch.

Take leaves when you have to go office, have some loss of pay, from march new school session will be started.

Generally companys would allow some room but that would only be temporary...if your org is calling people back, then you cant stay at home for long and would have to either comply or switch

You guys are working from office?
If it's a company policy and if they ask you to come to office then there's nothing much to do about it. If you are married, then you move ahead for now, check for newer schools if you have children and ask them to move for the next financial year. Or you can start attending interviews, drop your papers and till the notice period ends attend office and then switch to the newer firm. We cannot tackle this pressure and have to how with the flow or switch to a different job
Give fake doctor certificate regarding health and postponed till you find other options. This works for some of my friends
