Microsoft Guys I am unable to proceed further as a data scientist in an IC role, currently working with a captive earning 35lpa, how to progress in career and get management roles, normally I see managers and directors paid 50 plus lpa, anyone who moved from an IC role to a managerial role would you recommend it for the higher package or should we stay in IC role, guys in good product based companies like atlassian,microsoft, service now please help , or should I stay in banking captives
