I've joined a new company, it's been a week and it's contract to full time job with 90days prob, I've signed contract n it is mentioned that if I'm leaving I shud serve 90days or else I'm obliged to pay, when I got interviewed the company's vision and mine are same but after joining it's otherwise. Now I got a new offer, if I wanna join the other company and leave this one can I byout without paying? Or how does the emp policies work please help.

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer.
