Guys today in KPMG interview the interviewer blasted me for having one offer and trying for others. Then he started to say knowledge gap, KPMG cannot pay as per your demand for your knowledge.

Hi , Query for ppl who have gone through the Accenture recruitment process.
I have got a mail that I have cleared all the rounds and made it to the final round in Accenture … does that mean only HR around is left ??
Also they called me to upload all the Documents and consent form , letter of authorisation etc for the Background verification. How much time do they take from here to finish the verification and schedule the HR round ? Thanks
Hey fishes, I have a strange question. I just received a call from a Deloitte person for physical verification of my home address. Hi,
Can TCS employees avail any relocation benefit in form of allowances or accommodation for returning back to base location?
I got virtually onboarded for Pune Location but my hometown is in Harayana. Now that TCS is calling employees base location, will I be eligible for any such perks?

Dude don't worry and continue applying.
How long have you known this guy, just 30 mins or 60 mins? Right. But you are letting him effect your decisions that will probably last for more than a year. Forget about this chutiya and continue applying
I have failed many interviews and proud to be part of a prod company. And always be clear to avoid toxic companies and teams. He is a mad guy and god or fate whatever you believe in has shown a warning sign right in the interview itself. If you got shortlisted it means you are a good profile already my friend. That guy will never make a good team in his life. So don't worry or feel low about mad guy u met out of nowhere in this world. And Kpmg, big4 it is all gas. Things in market are very well changing. You can find good working experience and package anywhere. So keep going.
If it still keeps striking in mind, think that you have escaped from a bad team.
I am in my current role after rejecting KPMG offer, which offered better package and remote working and also its a good team to work with.
So never feel low at any point, take examples of many fishes here and keep flying high. Take care
Yea looking ahead
I would just leave the meeting lol. He's probably frustrated about his low kpi
Interviewer need to understand. Their knowledge is not 'THE KNOWLEDGE'. There is a lot that they don't know and there is a lot that others know. Just look at candidate's attitude and willingness to learn
Isme demotivate hone ki kya zarurat hai, sab achhe mile professional life mein aisa thode hi hota hai. If you have an offer already, that is more so reason to keep going for a better offer. Rememmber, we work in a private environment, unhe hamari zarurat hai aur humein unki. Continue performing your best and choose the best that suits you.
Yes i have moved on...just a bad experience
Bhai ur value is more than KPMG। Sab sale mc hote h। So be positive। KPMG me koi कलेक्टर की नौकरी नही मिस किया है। good luck।

Tips from my side. I am sure you have told them before the interview that you already have an offer in hand. So next time someone tries to give you GYAN, give them back. It's just tactics to get candidates without paying a high salary. Also, it's personal problem also may be he wasn't in the mood to take the interview. Next time be confident during the interview because you already have an offer in hand.
Yes, but why do technical people ask about the offer in hand. It was only the KPMG guy who asked about it.
Always try to know the name of the person who's taking your interview and next time you face such situations try recoding and uploading w/o any hesitations as no interviewer is supposed to demotivate someone for his/her hustle.
Don't worry bro it's just a bad experience.
Keep your head High!
Yea thankyou man
10k salary
I applied for interview in KPMG, for the first round they cancelled it one time, I joined the call but no one from the panel showed up, then again I informed the recruiter she scheduled another call, and whats funny, I was landed into 2nd round, lol, when the panel get to know this they simply cancelled my candidature.
...
Please mention the name of this recruiter so others can be aware of how to deal with him
