Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

Try to turn it around, because your background is more advanced, you can quickly add value. You are comfortable with the scope and the pay and would rather have a stable role that you can be in long term. Pay and flight risk are the biggest issues with overqualified, trying to address both might smooth it over some.

I so get this. There’s a weird tension between knowing your worth and just wanting to get in the door. I’ve been surprised how often the “reach” roles actually come through faster than the “safe” ones. Rooting for you—hope something lands soon that feels aligned and values your full range.
