Having a tough time getting a Product Manager interview. I have 3.5 YOE in technology implementations for a startup (my client). Sr. Digital Media Specialist here. Been with my agency for exactly 2 years now. I recently received a major elevation in responsibility, but the company “cannot afford to promote me at this time.” Basically I’m expected to operate as a manager without the title or compensation.
