JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Yes, it was horrible. Stayed 8 months and went back to public. But I do indirect tax, so industry positions are by-and-large very dull compliance affairs with little to no upward mobility
The only thing I regret is the pay raises I probably missed out on, the income rise is obviously at a slower rate in industry but worth it if you want to prioritize family, and I’m content with how much time I will have now for my child due soon, and my home life.
