I got 2 weeks in and resourcing called to say they found an internal resource to cover and they were cancelling my contract immediately. It sucked, but I get it. Obviously cheaper to use internal resources. Anything I can do to to protect myself a bit next time? Is it unheard of to write in some type of severance fee clause? Appreciate any help
