Has anyone here landed at Asset Management post-MBA with no finance background?

Would Middle East offices still hire many people this year or sort of at a hiring freeze? (Think post-mba level)

I have completed ITIL v4 foundation certificate and looking forward to do next certification but unable to decide between ITIL strategist/ Azure Devops/ TOGAF 9.
Current Tech Stack - App support -> SQL/UNIX/ITIL/INCIDENT MANAGEMENT.
YOE- 6+ Years.

Please comment, if you have any other certificate suggestions as well for me.

I have a two part question: 1) is it worth it to obtain an SHRM specialty credential if I don’t have the broader SHRM certification? 2) has anyone gotten the People Analytics or Talent Acquistion credential? Is it worth making the time/money investment to make the switch from big 4 FDD to MBB. This would require getting into and paying for a top MBA program and my net worth would be way negative after that. Are the MBB financial returns worth it? Im 26 years old for reference

I would really appreciate some suggestions for roles that I should be applying for. I recently started my MBA though I'm still having trouble landing interviews and think I should be applying for different roles than I have been. My MBA concentration is global business, my BS was in management with a minor in professional writing.
