Has anyone interviewed for a Product Manager role at 2 sigma? any advice you can share?

Is there any point in making partner if you don’t want to be a partner? I feel like I’m close enough that I should just gun and I can probably make partner in a couple years. I really just want to exit, but I don’t see that being an option for 1-2 years for various reasons.

i’m an agency producer for around 2 years and I prefer to be a production house producer. any advice on how to position myself and where to look for said jobs? I have multiple years of on-set production experience prior to my current agency (PA/shooting/directing/sourcing/casting) but my agency producer work is less on these types of production. ADVICE NEEDED: I currently work in a WFH recruiter role with an amazing manager, she listens and is very motivating. My job is very very slow pace and a bit repetitive. I got a job offer for 10k more plus a bonus structure but it is hybrid and travel is required.
