Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

Those roles you mentioned won't need the CMA. Your CPA and B4 experience will be more than enough for that route. The "value" of the CMA is the cost accounting knowledge you get from studying for it. The actual certification won't be much of a resume boost though, if that's what you're looking for.

What most people find is that the CMA is not worth the time/money. Yes you will learn the concepts you mentioned, but you can easily learn those things through free resources online. Networking + free resources is more value than CMA.
Although, in your case it may be worth it if you truly want to invest that time. The firm will reimburse you once you pass, and you'll get a small bonus too (meaning money isn't an issue here).
I have my CMA and have found it to be very helpful. The exam is no joke though, so still a lot of hours studying required.

I have both. Cpa all the way! Cma was a waste of money. I’ve seen a handful of jobs prefer it. I’ve seen most jobs prefer cpa.
