Has anyone successfully negotiated a higher leave category? Is it easier at larger vs smaller companies or vise versa?

I have been offered a position in-house at a $500M-$1B company, mid-sized city LCOL, 10 YOE in private practice. They offered me $120k, w opp for undefined discretionary bonus. No paid parental leave or 401(k) match & only 1 week PTO in first year (but claim they have discretion for more). Is there any way to salvage this? Salary guides suggest TC should be around $200-215k. I want to get my foot in the door but this seems crazy low.

IRS allowing certain changes to dependent care fsa and Healthcare fsa. Talk to your hr to see if they are setting things up so you can take advantage of these benefits!!!!!

Just scheduled a meeting to go over an offer for a Senior Engineer role. When asked what I would need to make in order to leave my current job, I said at least $160k depending on benefits (I know I shouldn't have given a number).

I make a little over $145k now, plus stock options, a monthly home office stipend (fully remote), and your usual health benefits.
