Hi Fishes,
Can anyone tell me how many rounds of interview are there in JPMorgan Chase & Co?
I had only 1 round as of now, it was with the Process head VP along with the person I will be reporting (if got selected)
It's been almost 4 days since I had that interview; however, no feedback has been shared with me.
I can see that my profile/application is under review for basic requirements.
Should I consider my profile as reject?
Any thoughts/guidance would be highly appreciated.
Thank you

Sending a thank-you email is the courteous thing to do, so it's always good to do it. It may not necessarily help you get the job, but it's possible something like that could be considered a tie breaker between two strong candidates. You look better for doing it, after all.
Thank you for your input. That's what I was thinking too but wanted to get other job seekers' opinions.
Is it not customary to send a thank you note following a job interview anymore? It used to be standard practice.
I suppose it should be but I honestly never thought about it until I landed this interview for the sort of position I've been looking for since this last October. I will for sure do it from here on as it couldn't hurt and could possibly make me stand out.

I have always found better results when sending a thank you email to the interviewers. I wouldn't ask about next steps or timelines or anything like that, but focus on acknowledging that they took the time out of their busy day to talk to you and look forward to hearing back about the results of the interview. Nothing pushy but they definitely remember the thank yous.

I’ve never done it but maybe I’ll try it next time
I think it might help. I use it as a gesture to acknowledge that time was taken out to speak to me and at the same time I refer back to some of the things discussed. It's a good way to remind the interviewer of what was said and that you were present.
I don’t think it has ever helped me or anyone I know land a role. However, I don’t see any harm in it either. I still think it is a nice gesture, to be honest.
I suppose that's more of what I meant. I know it wouldn't necessarily land me the job but is it a stand out gesture in a sea of applications and interviews? As you said, there's no harm in it.
