I applied with EY for a Senior Manager role I had my first stage interview with a senior manager, which I thought went well as I got the partner interview 2 weeks later, and said I'll be contact within 10 day HR. This did not happen so I chased up. Today I received feedback from HR stating that the senior manager, who would have been my peer, said I didn't have enough experience. But the partner who I would have been working under did like me.

Please guide do Joining Cognizant on Contractual role is worthy or not?
Current Situation - due to bgv not completing as one of my company as per CTS is black listed so they changed my hiring from permanent to contractual role.
Please guide as I have no knowledge of contractual roles. 🙏

At more junior levels there’s very little difference in role on a team on Expert track vs Generalist track. Only when you get to Manager+ are you expected to act as a true expert
What’s your background and what role are you applying for?
3 years in product and in the product role. Described as only needing initial experience and the 2-year programme is aimed at making you an expert in the field. Good since that’s the type of consulting I want to go into
