Could somebody at McKinsey provide an overview of the health insurance benefits options? I should get a surgery done within a year, and I'm starting a new job at McKinsey soon. I'm wondering if it would be worth it to wait a few months until I start. I heard it's good, but not sure if better than EY's. Thank you

Nervous for my last round of interview with a company I really want to work for! Since the last interview (second round to last round), I felt okay after the interview but ever since they told me they have another candidate who they are comparing me with, I start to question and analyze the interview I already did how I could’ve said this that. 🥲

Anyone have a Goldman Sachs Marcus high yield savings account referral? I opened one but afterwards realized there are referral bonuses I left on the table. If anyone has a referral, I may be able to finesse applying it retroactively (benefitting both of us). Conversely, if anyone is thinking of opening one, I’m happy to refer you. Feel free to DM! Just wanted to keep the inside baseball for US.

Is it generally a good or bad idea to let interviewers know you’re interviewing at other companies/ are awaiting an offer at a different firm? When interviewers ask this question, what are they trying to gauge from the interviewee?
Im on an H1B at Deloitte. I want to move to the Dubai and have been getting some traction with two different consulting firms. I’ve used less than one year of my first H1B. Serious question: how difficult is it to get straight up fired from big 4? Outside the layoffs last year, I have personally never seen anyone let go for any reason. There's always some PIP or transferring projects or some long review process that never goes anywhere. Anyone have any insight or stories? Just looking for some perspective.
I’m currently on the bench and had a senior colleague reach out to me about assisting with a work item. I volunteered to help (but I can’t charge my time). There was (to my knowledge) an entire team of individuals working on the project up until last week so it seemed to me that my help wasn’t really needed. The project is spinning down and they’ve lessened the team members, but I’m still helping out with tasks. I don’t mind helping at all, but it seems weird. Am I thinking into this too much?
Thoughts on IQVIA account director role?

Anyone uses Chase Private Banking services? Recently received an invitation but wondering if its useful?
I posted last week about a job offer I received and whether I should take it or not. I now have another opportunity on the table. I currently make $100k and live in south Texas. Both offers are for $110k plus bonus of around $10k per year. I’m finding it difficult to really increase my salary substantially. This didn’t used to be the case. Every time I’ve ever switched positions, I’ve gotten at least 20% more. Is this common and an issue that most women face or am I going about this incorrectly?
Did anyone find themselves feeling disconnected with husband post baby? New mom here. Feel like my husband and I hardly talk of anything other than the baby and her daily needs. In case we ever do, we always end up fighting. Feeling unsure whether our relationship will last. I know the root of the problem is that we don’t get much time for each other. But just wanting to know if this somewhat normal, or should I be prepared for the worst.
Virtual interview with a startup…do I still wear a suit/tie? Or something in between that and a hoodie?
I know I want a job change but not sure to what. I actually enjoy strategy and consulting and want to make good money. I can learn and get interested in just about anything and I like diversity in my work. That’s all I’ve got so far. What else do you all consider in a job move?
