Leadership has given me full reigns on project planning and managing my team. Didn’t know I would get this role so early as I’ve always been led. I also feel anxious as I’m the only young person on the team. How does one cope?

Recommendations for improving lower back / sciatica pain. Is there a seat cushion / lumbar support cushion that genuinely helps you? I’m all ears. I have a high quality office chair and try to use my desk in standing mode at least once a day and wear good trainers for feet support. But the lower back pain is a killer.
