Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?
Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview
A little humor sprinkled in a resume. Yay? Nay?

How is Tavant technologies for Data Engineer?
My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Thank you Big 4 for responding so thoughtfully 🙄, luckily it’s an interview with Big 4.
What code are you charging this to?
How many times over the course of the decades you have worked here have you changed your password
Here is a thought: don’t ask anything about the business - unless it’s a pretty small company, startup like. I’ve hired folks in the past and much preferred candidates asking more personal questions. Obviously you need to be mindful of how personal you get. Perhaps a good starting point is asking something about a decision point, an influential person in their own career at the company you’re interviewing at. And connect that to personal growth for example or to whatever aspect is key to you and your career.
Thank you @BGC1 very helpful, this is helpful and fits my persona better because I’m generally curious about those things.
I would absolutely ask about the business. I want to know what kind of projects I’ll be working on and whether that fits my career goals
My go-to: I tell a brief story about a company I worked for who gave a $500 award annually to the employee who made the Best New Mistake. It was the most prestigious bonus, and the nominations were often funny, but really enlightening. It created a culture where trying new things was encouraged, and the learnings from failure were readily shared. I then ask them how their culture fosters innovation and treats mistakes.
How much money do you make?
What kind of performance would you need to see from me 6 months in to feel I was killing it in this role? (Depending...prob doesn’t work if you aren’t interviewing for a specific project.)
BC1 had great advice. Lean towards the personal end of things and you can tie the responses back to the business (decisions, current initiatives, growth, etc.) if you choose It’s your chance to ask them questions that will expose how they lead their people.
What are you most passionate about?
What distinguishes people who’ve been successful here? Especially people with [your background]?
How long is the lunch hour?
Bring a perspective on what you might be able to offer. Ask if there are areas of the business that they would like to see grow and any potential opptny where u can help such as starting a forum to get the best of the best defined to form a knowledge base of innovative or proven best practices. That should open you up for more intros and path to lead initiatives to grow everyone's practices. Of course this implies you have some ideas that aren't standard canned know hows.
