Have an opportunity to be a principal at a much smaller, lesser known firm. I’m 2-3 years away from principal at BCG and trying to decide if it makes sense to move. Will I still have MBB like exit opportunities as an alumni at a smaller consulting firm or do I need to stick it out and make principal at BCG?
